dc.description.abstract | Prof. Miriansnashvili, Prof. Sadkikov; and Prof. Muratov - Soviet physicists were on a three week tour in India. Prof. Miriansnashvili said that Prof. C.V. Raman's contribution to physics had influenced and raised the standard of physics education in Indian universities. The three soviet scientists proposed closer contact between students and professors of science of both countries for mutual benefit. They wanted peace and to utilise scientific knowledge to advance peace in the world. | en |
